Anzai Masahiro was born November 26, 1954 in Tokyo, Japan. He was a voice actor (seiyuu) affiliated with Theatre Echo. Retired from voice acting in 1997 due to his treatment of diabetes, which caused his lower left leg to be amputated and blindness in the eye.

He died of acute heart failure on March 15, 2021.
