Beiyue Shangchen is level 9 battle expert from the Dark City in Blue Domain and experts in dark magic. He is considered the strongest elemental in Blue Domain. He partners with Huoli Ji level 8. He battles against level 5 Lan Ge and Fa Hua in the 3 Domains Tournament in final round but oddly never attacks only defends and then when his partner is almost injured he concedes loss and walks away silently helping injured Huoli Ji. This allows Lan Ge and Fa Hua to get 1st place against all odds.
